As stated in § 63.9814, you must comply with the requirements for reports in the following table:

Compliance report The information in § 63.9814(c) through (f) Semiannually according to the requirements in § 63.9814(a) through (f). 2. Before May 19, 2022, immediate SSM report if you had a startup, shutdown, or malfunction during the reporting period that is not consistent with your SSMP, on and after May 19, 2022, immediate SSM report is not required a. Actions taken for the event By fax or telephone within 2 working days after starting actions inconsistent with the plan. b. The information in § 63.10(d)(5)(ii) By letter within 7 working days after the end of the event unless you have made alternative arrangements with the permitting authority. 3. Before May 19, 2022, report of alternative fuel use The information in § 63.9814(g) and items 4 and 5 of Table 9 to this subpart If you are subject to the work practice standard specified in item 3 or 4 of Table 3 to this subpart, and you use an alternative fuel in the affected kiln, by letter within 10 working days after terminating the use of the alternative fuel. 4. Performance test report The information in § 63.7(g) According to the requirements of § 63.9814(h). 5.
