As stated in §§ 63.6615 and 63.6620, you must comply with the following subsequent performance test requirements:
For each . . . Complying with the requirement to . . . You must . . . 1. New or reconstructed 2SLB stationary RICE >500 HP located at major sources; new or reconstructed 4SLB stationary RICE ≥250 HP located at major sources; and new or reconstructed CI stationary RICE >500 HP located at major sources Reduce CO emissions and not using a CEMS Conduct subsequent performance tests semiannually.1 2. 4SRB stationary RICE ≥5,000 HP located at major sources Reduce formaldehyde emissions Conduct subsequent performance tests semiannually.1 3. Stationary RICE >500 HP located at major sources and new or reconstructed 4SLB stationary RICE 250≤HP≤500 located at major sources Limit the concentration of formaldehyde in the stationary RICE exhaust Conduct subsequent performance tests semiannually.1 4. Existing non-emergency, non-black start CI stationary RICE >500 HP that are not limited use stationary RICE Limit or reduce CO emissions and not using a CEMS Conduct subsequent performance tests every 8,760 hours or 3 years, whichever comes first. 5.
