§ 180.1030 - Isobutyric acid; exemption from the requirement of a tolerance.

The fungicide isobutyric acid is exempted from the requirement of a tolerance for residues resulting from postharvest application of isobutyric acid or the fungicide ammonium isobutyrate in or on the following raw agricultural commodities: Alfalfa; Bermuda grass; brome grass; clover; corn; fescue; grains of barley, grapes, oats, sorghum, and wheat; lespedeza; orchard grass; and timothy.
