An exemption from the requirement of a tolerance is established for residues of the biological plant pesticide Coat Protein of Watermelon Mosaic Virus-2 and Zucchini Yellow Mosaic Virus and the genetic material necessary for its production in or on all food commodities.

§ 174.514 Coat Protein of Watermelon Mosaic Virus-2 and Zucchini Yellow Mosaic Virus; exemption from the requirement for a tolerance. Residues of Coat Protein of Watermelon Mosaic Virus-2 and Zucchini Yellow Mosaic Virus are exempt from the requirement of a tolerance when used as a plant-incorporated protectant in or on all food commodities.
