An exemption from the requirement of a tolerance is established for residues of the biological plant pesticide Coat Protein of Papaya Ringspot Virus and the genetic material necessary for its production in or on all food commodities.

§ 174.515 Coat Protein of Papaya Ringspot Virus; exemption from the requirement of a tolerance. Residues of Coat Protein of Papaya Ringspot Virus are exempt from the requirement of a tolerance when used as a plant-incorporated protectant in or on all food commodities.
