§ 180.1337 Citrus tristeza virus expressing spinach defensin proteins 2, 7, and 8; exemption from the requirement of a tolerance.
A temporary exemption from the requirement of a tolerance is established for residues of the microbial pesticide Citrus tristeza virus expressing spinach defensin proteins 2, 7, and 8 (either alone or in combinations with each other) in or on the commodities listed in fruit, citrus group 10-10, when used in accordance with the terms of Experimental Use Permit No. 88232-EUP-2. This temporary exemption from the requirement of a tolerance expires on August 31, 20202023.
