§ 60.2005 When does did this subpart become effective?
This subpart takes effect became effective on August 7, 2013. Some of the requirements in this subpart apply to planning the CISWI unit or ACI (i.e., the preconstruction requirements in §§ 60.2045 and 60.2050). Other requirements such as the emission limitations and operating limits apply after the CISWI unit or ACI begins operation.
