(a) Optional Form 280 (Rev. 3-80), Uniform Tender of Rates and/or Charges for Transportation Charges, is designed to expedite the handling of rate tenders.

(b) Courtesy copies of Optional Form 280 may be obtained from the General Services Administration, Federal Supply Service, Office of Policy and Agency Liaison, Regulations and Policy Division (FFY), Washington, DC 20406.
