§ 102-83.60 What is an urbanized urban area?
An urbanized urban area is a statistical geographic area defined by the Census Bureau, consisting of a central place(s) and adjacent densely settled territory that together contain at least 50,000 people, generally with an overall population density of at least 1,000 people per square mileany area contained within the geographic boundaries of a CBSA.
