§ 301-15.22 - Alternate use of noncontract rail or bus service.

Notwithstanding the provisions of this subpart, noncontract rail or bus service may be used when the agency determines that these modes are advantageous to the Government (cost, energy, and other factors considered) and compatible with the requirements of the travel mission.
