§ 60-1.46 Delegation of authority by the Deputy Assistant SecretaryDirector.
The Deputy Assistant Secretary Director is authorized to redelegate the authority given to him by the regulations in this part. The authority redelegated by the Deputy Assistant Secretary Director pursuant to the regulations in this part shall be exercised under his general direction and control.
