§ 8.29 Ex parte communications.
Except For the purposes of maintaining the equity of informal review proceedings, except for routine administrative and procedural matters or as described in §§ 8.22(2) and 8.27(e), a party shall not communicate with the reviewing or presiding official without notice to the other party.
