§ 2553.104 What performance measures must be submitted to the Corporation CNCS and how are these submitted?

(a) An applicant for Corporation CNCS funds is required to submit at least one of each of the following types of performance measures as part of their application. The Corporation will provide standard forms.

(1) Output indicators.

(2) Outcome indicators.

(b) An applicant must also submit

any uniform performance

measures the Corporation

measure CNCS may establish for all applicants.

(c) The Corporation

Requirements, including types of performance measures, will be communicated in the notice of funding and other related materials.

(b) CNCS may specify additional requirements

relating

related to performance measures on an annual basis in program guidance and related materials.

(c) Applicants for CNCS funds will submit performance measures through the grant application. CNCS will provide standard forms.
