§ 23.50 - Place of filing application; fees and number of copies.

(a) Standard numbered forms applicable to the international fixed public radiocommunication services discussed within the subpart are as follows:
Form No. Description 403 Application for radio station license or modification thereof. 405 Application for renewal of radio station license in specified services. 407 Application for radio station construction permit. 408 Application for temporary authorization in addition to authority contained in license. 701 Application for additional time to construct radio station. 702 Application for consent to assignment of radio station construction permit or license (for stations in services other than broadcast). 704 Application for consent to transfer of control of corporation holding common carrier radio station construction permit or license. 714 Supplement to application for new or modified radio station authorization (concerning antenna structure notification to FAA). These forms may be obtained from the Secretary, Federal Communications Commission, Washington, DC 20554, or from any of the Commission's engineering field offices, the addresses of which are listed in § 0.121(a) of this chapter. (b) Every application for a radio station authorization and all correspondence relating thereto shall be submitted to the Commission's office at Washington, DC 20554. Applications requiring fees as set forth at part 1, subpart G of this chapter must be filed in accordance with § 0.401(b) of the rules.
(c) Unless otherwise specified in a particular case, or for a particular form, each application, including exhibits and attachments thereto, shall be filed in duplicate.
(d) Each application shall be accompanied by a fee prescribed in subpart G of part 1 of this chapter.
