The Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. chapter 35) and the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) implementing regulations at 5 CFR part 1320, require that reporting and record keeping recordkeeping requirements affecting ten (10) or more members of the public be cleared by that officeOMB.
