2801.403 Individual deviations.
Individual deviations from the FAR or the JAR that affect only one contract action shall be approved by the head Head of the contracting activity Contracting Activity (HCA) . A copy of the deviation shall be included in the contract file. Copies of all deviations will be provided to the PE. or designee.
