§ 2803.408 - Evaluation and review of the SF 119.

(a) The contracting officer shall review and evaluate the SF 119 and all related information in accordance with FAR 3.408.

(b) The contracting officer's documentation of the evaluation, conclusions, and any proposed actions shall be reviewed and approved at a level above the contracting officer with the concurrence of the agency's procurement counsel.
