The JMD Form 422 is authorized for use in the OBDs as a substitute for Optional Form 347. Bureaus may prescribe an equivalent form to meet their needs subject to the approval of the head of the procuring activity and in accordance with FAR 13.505-2 and FAR 13.507, Clauses.
