The agency officials authorized to make a determination that the offered price of a domestic end product is unreasonable when the lowest priced acceptable domestic offer exceeds the lowest priced acceptable foreign offer inclusive of duty when the factors set forth in FAR 25.105 have been applied, are those officials listed in 2801.601(a).
