§ 2825.903-70 - Conditions for omission.

The agency officials authorized to make determinations under FAR 25.903(a)(1) are those individuals listed in 2801.601(a). All determinations made under this authority shall conform to FAR 25.904 and be reviewed and concurred in by the contracting activity's procurement counsel prior to being approved by the authorized agency official.
