2832.903 PolicyResponsibilities.
The HCA or designee is responsible for promulgating policies and procedures to implement FAR subpart 32.9 and to ensure that, when specifying due dates, full consideration will be given to the time reasonably required by Government officials to fulfill their administrative responsibilities under the contract.
