3443.107 Contract clause.
The contracting officer must insert a clause substantially the same as the clause at 3452.243–70 (Key personnel) in all solicitations and resultant cost-reimbursement contracts in which it will be essential for the contracting officer to be notified that a change of designated key personnel is to take place by the contractor.
