As used in this contract,
Eligible means an entity that meets the requirements prescribed by statute, regulation, or other authority for purposes of being able to use Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contracts. Information about FSS eligibility is available at https://www.gsa.gov/eligibilitydeterminations.
Ordering activity (also called “ordering agency” and “ordering office”) means an eligible ordering activity (see 552.238–113), authorized entity that is eligible to place orders under Federal Supply Schedule contractsor establish blanket purchase agreements (BPA) under this contract.
