(a) OMB has established a mandatory Governmentwide Financial Management Systems Software (FMSS) program.

(b) Agencies may obtain information and assistance concerning the use of the FMSS MAS contracts program from: General Services Administration, Procurement Services Center (TFB), FMSS Contracting Officer, 5203 Leesburg Pike, Suite 1100, Falls Church, VA 22041.

(c) OMB Circular No. A-127, Revised, “Financial Management Systems,” provides further policy direction regarding the FMSS program.
