873.103 Priority sources.

Without regard to FAR 8.002(a)(2), except Except for the acquisition of covered services available from the Committee for Purchase From People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled , pursuant to the Javits-Wagner-O'Day Act (41 U.S.C. 46-48c) and FAR Subpart and the AbilityOne Program (see FAR subpart 8.7), there are no priority sources for the acquisition of health-care resources consisting of commercial services or the use of medical equipment or space in accordance with 808.002(a)(2) and 873.107.
