§ 193.2139 - Ice and snow.

(a) Components must be designed to support the weight of ice and snow
which could normally collect or form on them. (b) Each operator shall provide protection for components from falling ice or snow which may accumulate on structures.
(c) Valves and moving components must not become inoperative due to ice formation on the component.
