§ 375.215 How must I collect charges?

You must issue an honest, truthful freight or expense bill in accordance with invoice that includes all the information required by subpart A of part 373 of this chapter. All rates and charges for the transportation and related services must be in accordance with your appropriately published tariff provisions in effect, including the method of payment.
