This information is furnished for the guidance of the public and in compliance with the requirements of section 552 of title 5, United States Code, as amendedpart implements the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552, as amended, and prescribes the rules governing the public availability of Office of Management and Budget (OMB) records. The rules in this subpart should be read in conjunction with the text of the FOIA.
