§ 36.13 Subsistence fishing.
Fish may be taken by federally qualified subsistence users, as defined at 50 CFR 100.5, local rural residents for subsistence uses on Alaska National Wildlife Refuges where subsistence uses are allowed in compliance with this subpart and 50 CFR part 100.
