§ 0.735-35 - Supplementary statements.

  • Changes in, or additions to, the information contained in an employee's statement of employment and financial interests shall be reported in an annual supplementary statement as of March 31 and submitted no later than April 30 of each year. If no changes or additions occur, a report so stating is required. Notwithstanding the filing of the annual statement required by this section, each employee shall at all times avoid acquiring a financial interest or taking an action that could result in violation of the conflicts-of-interests provisions of section 208 of title 18, United States Code, or § 0.735-14.
