§ 1011.61 - Computation of uniform price (including weighted average price).

(a) The market administrator shall compute the weighted average price for each month and the uniform price for each month per hundredweight for milk of 3.5 percent butterfat content as follows:
(1) Combine into one total the values computed pursuant to § 1011.60 for all handlers who filed the reports prescribed in § 1011.30 for the month and who made the payments pursuant to § 1011.71 for the preceding month;
(2) Add one-half the unobligated balance in the producer-settlement fund;
(3) Add an amount equal to the total value of the location adjustments computed pursuant to § 1011.75;
(4) Deduct the amount by which the amount due from the transportation credit balancing fund pursuant to § 1011.82 exceeds the available balance in the transportation credit balancing fund pursuant to § 1011.80.
(5) Divide the resulting amount by the sum of the following for all handlers included in these computations;
(i) The total hundredweight of producer milk; and
(ii) The total hundredweight for which a value is computed pursuant to § 1011.60(f); and
(6) Subtract not less than 4 cents nor more than 5 cents per hundredweight. The resulting figure, rounded to the nearest cent, shall be the weighted average price for each month and the uniform price for the months of July through February.
