§ 1011.70 - Producer-settlement fund.

The market administrator shall establish and maintain a separate fund known as the “producer-settlement fund” into which he shall deposit all payments made by handlers pursuant to §§ 1011.71, 1011.76, and 1011.77, and out of which he shall make all payments pursuant to §§ 1011.72 and 1011.77: Provided, That any payments due to any handler shall be offset by any payments due from such handler.
