§ 1076.70 - Producer-settlement fund.

The market administrator shall establish and maintain a separate fund known as the “producer-settlement fund” into which he shall deposit all payments made by handlers pursuant to §§ 1076.71, 1076.76, and 1076.77 and out of which he shall make all payments to handlers pursuant to §§ 1076.72 and 1076.77: Provided, That the market administrator shall offset the payment due to a handler against payments due from each handler.
