§ 1216.21 Primary peanut-producing states.
Primary peanut-producing states means Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Missouri, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and Virginia, Provided, provided that these states maintain a 3-year average production of at least 1020,000 tons of peanuts.
