  • Each FSA State office shall transmit to the Deputy Administrator, FSA, a written summary of the results of the referendum received from all the FSA county offices within the State. The summary shall include the information on the referendum results contained in the reports from all county offices within each State, and shall be certified by the FSA State Executive Director. The FSA State office shall maintain a copy of the summary where it shall be available for public inspection for a period of not less than 12 months beginning upon notification from the Deputy Administrator, FSA, that the final results have been released by the Secretary.
