(a) Payment rate.

(1) The payment rate for wool is 20 cents per pound.

(2) The payment rate for mohair is 40 cents per pound.

(b) Payment amount. The payment amount for wool or mohair will be calculated by multiplying the certified pounds by the payment rate.
