§ 1942.353 - Definitions.

Poverty line. Income for a family of four, as defined in section 673(2) of the Community Services Block Grant Act (42 U.S.C. 9902(2)).Service area. The area reasonably expected to be served by the facility financed by FmHA or its successor agency under Public Law 103-354.Similar system cost. System cost of a community having similar economic conditions, being served by the same type of established system, constructed at similar cost per user. Similar system cost shall include all charges, taxes, and assessments attributable to the system.
