§ 1980.1001 Purpose.
The purpose of this subpart is to give priority to Projects that support implementation of strategic economic development and community development plans on a Multi-jurisdictional basis for applications submitted for the programs identified the implementation of Strategic Community Investment Plans may receive priority funding from authorized programs found in § 1980.1002. The purpose of this subpart is to describe the process by which applications will be reviewed and selected to receive priority funding.
