§ 52.1673 - Lot acceptance for quality.

A lot of frozen peas is considered as meeting the requirements for quality if:
(a) The number of deviants for the prerequisites specified for the applicable grade in § 52.1666 does not exceed the acceptance number specified in the sampling plans in the “Regulations Governing Inspection of Proc- essed Fruits and Vegetables and Related Products” (§ 52.38).
(b) The values permitted and the AL values for the applicable defect classifications specified in Tables II and III are not exceeded.
