Title: Request for shipment of commodities for Foreign Distribution 
(Foreign Government)
Purpose: An USAID Title III form is needed by which the specific needs 
of the recipient country can be communicated to U.S. Department of 
Agriculture by USAID. The form will be used to request food commodities 
for approved P.L. 480 Title III country programs overseas and to 
furnish procurement instruction and other pertinent information 
necessary to ship these commodities to destination ports.
