Correction

    In final rule document 96-14758 beginning on page 29461 in the 
issue of Tuesday, June 11, 1996 make the following correction:
    On page 29461, in the second column, under EFFECTIVE DATE ``July 
12, 1996'' should read ``June 12, 1996''.
