Correction

    In proposed rule document 96-3277 beginning on page 5902, in the 
issue of Wednesday, February 14, 1996, make the following corrections:
    1. On page 5902, in the second column, under SUPPLEMENTARY 
INFORMATION:, under the heading entitled ``I. Background'', in the 
first paragraph, in the first line, ``502'' should read ``503''.
    2. On page 5903, in the 1st column, in paragraph (A), in the 12th 
line, ``impeded'' should read ``impede''.

    3. On the same page, in the third column, in the tenth line from 
the top, ``OFCC'' should read ``OFCCP''.
