    National Fuel Gas Supply Corp.; Proposed Changes in FERC Gas 
    Tariff
    
    January 4, 1994.
        Take notice that on December 30, 1993, National Fuel Gas Supply 
    Corporation (National) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas 
    Tariff, Third Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheet to be 
    effective on February 1, 1994:
    
    Second Revised Sheet No. 225
    
        National states that the purpose of this filing is to update the 
    amount of take-or-pay charges approved by the Federal Energy Regulatory 
    Commission and to be recovered by National by operation of Section 20 
    of the General Terms and Conditions to National's FERC Gas Tariff, 
    Third Revised Volume No. 1. National further states that the pipeline 
    supplier that has received approval to bill revised take-or-pay 
    charges, as reflected in National's filing herein is: Tennessee Gas 
    Pipeline Corporation.
        National states that copies of National's filing were served on 
    National's jurisdictional customers and on the interested state 
    commissions.
        Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should 
    file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy 
    Regulatory Commission, 825 North Capitol Street, NE., Washington, DC 
    20426, in accordance with Rules 214 or 211 of the Commission's Rules of 
    Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.214 or 385.211). All such motions to 
    intervene or protests should be filed on or before January 11, 1994. 
    Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the 
    appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants 
    parties to the proceeding. Any person wishing to become a party must 
    file a motion to intervene. Copies of this filing are on file with the 
    Commission and are available for public inspection.
