Columbia Gas Transmission Corporation; Notice of Filing of Report 
on Second Year Storage Operations Under Order No. 636

January 4, 1996.
    Take notice that on December 29, 1995, Columbia Gas Transmission 
Corporation (Columbia) tendered for filing its Report On Second Year 
Storage Operations Under Order No. 636'' for the twelve month period 
November 1, 1994 through October 31, 1995. Columbia agreed to file this 
report during the review of its first year report. See Columbia Gas 
Transmission Corp., 71 FERC para. 61,190 (1995).
    Columbia states that copies of its filing have been mailed to all 
jurisdictional firm customers and affected state regulatory 
commissions.
    Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should 
file a motion to intervene or a protest with the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, 
in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of 
Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and 385.214). All such motions 
or protests should be filed on or before January 11, 1996. Protests 
will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate 
action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to 
the proceeding. Any person wishing to become a party must file a motion 
to intervene. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and 
are available for public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
