Description of Request: The licensee filed a Recreation Management Plan, as required by Article 426, which includes a description of the recreation facilities at each project recreation site, recreation use data at each site for the time period March 15, 2008 through March 14, 2009, and a description of and implementation schedule for proposed enhancements at each site. The plan also includes a provision to monitor recreation use every ten years over the license term as well as an interim recreation use assessment, to be completed by August 31, 2024, to evaluate conditions at the Conowingo Creek, Line Bridge, and Peach Bottom Marina recreation sites.
