CNG states that the purpose of this filing is to file CNG's initial
surcharge under Section 18.2.B. of the General Terms of CNG's FERC Gas

the inclusion of $693,512.28 of stranded Account No. 858 charges
incurred from implementation of restructured services on October 1,
1993 to September 30, 1994. CNG is proposing to collect these costs
    over a three-month amortization period.

be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action
to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the
proceeding. Any person wishing to become a party must file a motion to
intervene. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission and
    are available for public inspection.
