Addendum to Proposed Comprehensive Plan for Fiscal Year 1995

AGENCY: U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, Office 
of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention.

ACTION: In accordance with Section 204(b)(5)(B) of the Juvenile Justice 
and Delinquency Prevention Act of 1974, as amended, 42 U.S.C. 5601 et 
seq., public comments on the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency 
Prevention's Proposed Comprehensive Plan for Fiscal Year 1995, 
published in the Federal Register on December 30, 1994, are due forty 
five days from the date of publication. This notice provides the due 
date for comments on the Federal Register Notice, Volume 59, No. 250, 
pages 68080-68102.

DATES: The due date for submission of public comments on the Office of 
Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention's Proposed Comprehensive 
Plan is February 13, 1995.
