    In accordance with section 10(a)(2) of the Federal Advisory 
Committee Act (Pub. L. 92-463), announcement is made of the following 
Committee Meeting:
    Name of Committee: Army Science Board (ASB).
    Date of Meeting: 3 & 4 February 1994.
    Time of Meeting: 0830-1700.
    Place: Washington, DC, Pentagon.
    Agenda: The Army Science Board's C3I Issue Group study team will 
meet on 3 February 1994 in conference room 3E384 and 4 February 1994 in 
conference room 2E465 to finalize their study on ``Moving Army Tactical 
Command and Control System (ATCCS) from a Character-Oriented Message 
System to a Data-Oriented Message System.'' This meeting will be open 
to the public. Any interested person may attend, appear before, or file 
statements with the committee at the time and in the manner permitted 
by the committee. The ASB Administrative Officer, Sally Warner, may be
