Rhone Poulenc Ag Co.; Request for Extension of Tolerances for
Thiodicarb
AGENCY: Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: EPA has received from Rhone Poulenc Ag Co. a request to extend
the tolerances for the insecticide thiodicarb and its metabolite in or
on leafy vegetables, broccoli, cabbage, and cauliflower. The tolerances
had been established after the filing by Rhone Poulenc Ag Co. of
pesticide petitions 7F3516 and 6F3417.
DATES: Comments, identified by the document control number (PF-618),
must be received on or before February 13, 1995.

be submitted for inclusion in the public record. Information not marked
confidential may be disclosed publicly by EPA without prior notice to
the submitter. Information on the proposed test and any written
comments will be available for public inspection in Rm. 1132 at the
Virginia address given above, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: EPA has received from the Rhone Poulenc Ag
Co., P.O. Box 12014, Research Triangle Park, NC 27709, requests to
extend for 1 year a temporary tolerance that expires on August 15,
1996, for the combined residues of the insecticide thiodicarb (dimethyl
N,N'-[thiobis [(methylimino) carbonyloxy]]bis [ethanimidothioate]), in
or on leafy vegetables at 35 parts per million (ppm) under 40 CFR
180.407(b) and a temporary tolerance that expires on August 15, 1996,
for the aforementioned combined residues of the insecticide thiodicarb
and its metabolite, methomyl, in or on broccoli at 7 ppm, cabbage at 7
ppm, and cauliflower at 7 ppm under 40 CFR 180.407(c). (For a rule

August 11, 1993 (58 FR 42673).)
