The Clean Air Fuels Corporation; Order Granting Blanket 
Authorization To Import and Export Natural Gas, Including Liquefied 
Natural Gas

AGENCY: Office of Fossil Energy, DOE.

ACTION: Notice of order.

SUMMARY: The Office of Fossil Energy of the Department of Energy gives 
notice that it has issued an order granting The Clean Air Fuels 
Corporation (CAF) blanket authorization to import up to a combined 
total of 20 Bcf of natural gas, including liquefied natural gas (LNG) 
from Canada and Mexico. In addition, CAF is authorized to export a 
combined total of up to 20 Bcf of natural gas, including LNG, to Canada 
and Mexico. This authorization to import and export natural gas and LNG 
from and to Canada and Mexico is for a period of two years beginning on 
the date of the initial import or export delivery, whichever occurs 
first.
    This order is available for inspection and copying in the Office of 
Fuels Programs Docket Room, 3F-056, Forrestal Building, 1000 
Independence Avenue, S.W., Washington, D.C. 20585, [phone]. The 
docket room is open between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., 
Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays.
